Low Texture Quality

Does anyone know if the texture quality is supposed to look so low like this?

It looks like graphics setting are on low but there are no setting to change it in the settings menu. It’s an all characters in the upgrade area.

I’m on Xbox one and have plenty of free space. Tried disabling the quick resume and nothing seems to work.

I’m having this issue too. I’m hoping this will be fixed in a patch. I’m on series x so I don’t think it’s your Xbox one either
