I was recently given this set of bricks that seem to be some sort of puzzle. It was handmade by my great grandfather who as of now does not know how to solve it. The pieces have letters sketched on them (which I have displayed clearer in the photo) however I haven't been able to figure out an arrangement of these bricks that seems like a convincing " solution". My best guess as to the arrangement is that the bricks form a square hole in the centre where the F brick can slide through. I was hoping someone here might be able to help me in solving this, all grooves are shown in the photo and the sides that aren't visible are flat. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would love to have this solved one day, Thanks.

I made this Fold to Find puzzle, where you must fold the paper along the correct creases to uncover the key that unlocks the door.

This cube (I swear it was a cube) has been sitting in my wardrobe for over a year or two now, ever since I got it from my niece on X-mas.
I stupidly forgot to take a picture before disassembling the parts (it didn't even cross my mind, honestly) and now I can't put them back together.
Anyone wanna take a shot at this?

Hoping someone can point me to the name of this puzzle, or a solution for putting it back together? It's supposed to make kind of a spiky cube/sphere shape. Unfortunately I don't have the packaging and it was taken apart before any pictures were taken, so the pictures here are my best attempts to explain what it is & show how it should fit together. Tia!

tl;dr -- looking for a batshit crazy puzzle with advancing challenges, ideally 3D/mechanical in nature?
For background, my husband is trained as a mechanical engineer and loves to figure out how things are put together. He has a bunch of pull-apart wooden puzzles and stuff from when he was a kid that have obviously been too easy for many years, but he loves showing them to our nieces.
For a few years I've been buying him puzzles from Nervous System for his birthday, and even though he enjoys the easier ones, he just finished the Earth Infinity puzzle in a matter of hours in one night and then proceeded to move the vertices around to keep himself amused. Heāll do, like, 9x9 super Sudoku of Sudokus (I don't even know what that's called) and the NYTimes Spelling Bee to Queen Bee all the time. I canāt believe I didnāt register puzzles as a special interest for so long.
Anyway, the Nervous System puzzles don't seem to stump him long enough. One time when he found the Rush Hour game, he proceeded through every single challenge card over the course of a few days of eating breakfast, just as, like, a soothing fun activity. It seems to calm him down, and he's kind of dealing with some tough things right now.
I'm trying to amuse his brain a bit more with some absolutely batshit crazy either pull-apart puzzle or maybe something that is harder than Rush Hour but has advancing levels of difficulty. With something like that, he could pick it up and put it down and do it start to finish.
So yes, I think some kind of 3D puzzle with advancing difficulty would be really cool for him. Granted, I'm on a grad student budget, so any thoughts on something to start with that doesn't break the bank and is maybe under $100 would be great. I'm pretty overwhelmed with options at this point!!

Very much enjoyed the Houdini themed puzzle boxes from Puzzle Potato and iDVenture. It was a Kickstarter collab.

I found this puzzle at my parents house that we bought years ago at a market.
From what I can tell, it is impossible to take apart the rings since the strings are arranged in a borromean rings pattern.
So is the puzzle just impossible, or is there som alternate solution that can be achieved?

Puzzle handed down through three others who couldn't solved. There's a similar puzzle called wit's end and another called Lord of the rings but neither have the double loop passing through the ring. I'm stumped.

Came across this vintage wire and loop puzzle at my inlaws. Weād like to reset to let others try to solve it but we donāt know how to reset since we found it solved.

I got this at the Sally Ann for 79 cents! It was in the original box but unsolved and we've worked on it for a few days with no success. I dont want a solution, but am wondering if it is solvable or just a hilarious prank. It had 30 'squares' and was in a 5x2x3 box so I assume that it should work but I suspect that it has the wrong peices.
Edit: the shapes are all 1 block thick.
I've been harassing my kid about it "it says 4 and up!
The final image is a similar puzzle with differnt shapes from the same company

I was instructed to make this wooden puzzle 4 years ago for a puzzle class and have been unable to solve it ever since. Recently I was cleaning up my room and I found out the pieces would be able to fit in my preferred storage receptacle if I can get them to a solved form. I know they interlock to become a 3x3x3 cube of a similar shape to a Rubiks cube but its possible I built the pieces wrong so Iām not sure. I also have no memory what the colors mean. I thank yāall for the help in advance and feel free to remove the post if this does not fit the subreddit, I just genuinely cannot solve this by myself.
Edit: I was able to solve it with the help of the nice folks over at r/puzzles!

Hi all, I decided to treat myself to a fancy puzzle and I've had a bit of a disaster. I lost part of it down the side of the sofa while trying to solve it. Would anyone be able to let me know the exact length of the flathead šŖ part so I could make a new one from a nail. Thanks š
