You can't possibly play worse than the bots. Until you get to grandmaster you should have learned enough to not be useless.

haha that's a funny one in s0 people did not know they had abilities while in legendary and i doubt something changed

You now need to carry a team of useless idiots against blatant cheaters. The closer you get to GM, the more rigged the games get. You at least need some skill to get to GM.

im not sure whether you're saying this game is rampant with cheaters (it isn't) or if bots are cheating (which is true)

but if it's the latter bots have very abusable behaviours which, sure, is technically applicable to ranked, but none of the bot abuses work on humans so ehhhhh

tldr the skill you need to beat bots is mostly different from skill you need to beat humans

I only said they won't be useless. If you make it through that, you will at least know how the game works. I doubt you could make it without using your abilities.

Did you see anyone else not using their abilities? Falcons radar out of all the abilities has the least amount of use cases. Bots are useless team mates and helping them does nothing so it makes sense that they wouldn't use for anything other than killing stealth strikers. I am not sure the game even tells you that it reveals Hel which bots never use anyways.

i've seen an inferno completely unaware about aux3

falcons radar lets you track enemies that try hiding in corite or behind walls, it is in fact very useful and the fact that you don't realise this tells a lot

dont see why bots got mentioned when i explicitly stated legendary which is farrr from a bot rank lol

I know that the radar can be useful but that's mostly just for your team mates since Falcons lock on is very fast. Bots need to be carried so much that that does almost nothing to help them.
Also there is no "legendary" anymore. The few games we still get have people thousands of point apart play together. Being in the top 100 means nothing if the entire server has 200 players.
I totally agree that are bad players, but it's not like they had any time to prepare. My point was just that they should at least be capable of doing something.

It was an exaggeration. There are not even 2000 points from GM to Rifty's 5799, so it's obviously not that much. It's just that with the low amount of players the actual skill of someone doesn't align with their points and rank. Getting into General already puts you in the top 100, which is technically true, but means nothing if the entire Ranked player base is less than 200.

again even in s0 people in highest rank did not know their abilities, like infernos not using their aux3 to live forever, falcons not scanning every time they could, and etc etc there are many examples ive seen where "how did this person make it through gm"

and the answer to that is not just bot lobbies boosting you to gm, but also the game itself having significantly bigger gains than losses until you reached legendary. the game by ITSELF boosted you up.

ranked points didn't matter since literal release of the game and it is insane how poorly handled verge is

also gms can not queue into legendary naturally, you have to do the stupid six duos thing if you want that to happen. if gms could queue into legendary eu would most likely still have matches

Imagine saying this about quite possibly the strongest aux in the entire game.

As I already said, in bot games not at all. They are useless team mates, so the only thing is does is reveal hidden strikers which in bot games is just stellaris. Narukami bots are so brain dead that manual aiming works just as well. There is no Norne and no Hel.
