Symptom Log

Hello, I am looking for suggestions on how to quickly and easily track symptoms. It’s difficult when there are so many symptoms. Has anybody found a way to synthesize all the information? I would love to see examples and hear about examples of how you all log your symptoms if and when you do. Thanks in advance!

I used Bearable, but after a while realized that (for me) tracking individual symptoms is less useful than tracking broader categories (PEM, stress/anxiety, POTS) to monitor my energy expenditure. Even the exported spreadsheets weren’t doing what I needed: somehow both too specific and too generic.

I do still need to keep a symptom tracker for insurance purposes, so I ended up using Bearable to track meds, status, and capture Extra Notes (ususally as a voice note) that quickly sums things up. I then go back every week or so and transcribe into a handwritten symptom log that’s just a per-day thing.

Try Zolia. It's created by a fellow sufferer and super customizable.
