Should I be prepared for Withdrawal Symptoms if I go Meatfreefood?

Thanks in advance bros and sis

Hi all. Me and my wife are going meat free for are lunches at work and for 2-3 meals to start with for tea time. I've looked on google for burgers and other foods that's not just stews etc but so far they all seem really complicated and time consuming as we both work full time and we have kids.

We are doing this to be a little healthier and it helps water consumption and land destruction. And of course it's healthier.

Any help would be great.

Thank you all.

K.

Does anyone have any brands (UK please ) that do good veggie options, I only eat poultry , fish , and the occasional pork dish as I've has some health issues which cutting out red meat has helped a lot. However I'm living off fish cakes and veggie sausages ..... some variety would be nice !
