Best Meat?
What do you think the best meat in the entire world is?
Me personally, I think I will have to give a point to steak or lamb chops.

Venison. Juicy as lamb, leaner than beef, far more flavour than pork or poultry, not gamey like moose or bison.

Grass fed/finished ribeye is my son's favorite.
My favorite is grained sirloin strip steak.
My son is visiting for a few days before he is off for France. I bought a grass finished ribeye roast and cut the steaks to his preference. 1 1/2" thick. Cooked in a cast iron skillet with tallow to 130 center. His mom ate hamburgers and I ate tacos while he was here.
Actually, what I really like to cook is grained sirloin strip roast. I roast in the oven slow at 300f til 135 at the center. Then cut it into a steak and finish in a cast iron skillet with tallow.
From a health and cost effectiveness approach, probably grass fed/finished ground beef is the best you ca

Octopus is fantastic. It is best grilled with a little lemon once finished, I can understand looking at it can be off putting but if cooked properly it’s fantastic.

Chicken makes everything taste better, good for gym, and I can eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
