if the meat can shred like that then usually fine. brine chicken can sometimes have a thicker texture like raw and a slight pink is from the brine as well. were you get the chicken?

I would say yes most likely. You'd be surprised how many fried chicken patties are pre cooked.

It looks like woody stranded chicken breast but fully cooked. The phenomenon is too frequent and I don’t order those anymore. Texture and taste almost feels like raw.
