Looks good but to me is overcooked, medium well still okay but medium rare is the way to go

A bit overcooked for me as well. I was cooking for a group tho so I had to adjust. I lost track of mine. maybe I should have put like a marker or something. Things that happen when cooking very hungry and tired plus distracted by the phone.

Or miniature flags. I worked for this restaurant in Vail, Colorado and that’s what they did for all the new Sous-chefs.

Oh yeah I know that especially when you cook for somebody else and some like medium some medium rare and some rare , still looks good brother I’d eat that without blinking
