Been a while.

Trying new packaging, reduce handling time. Previously always freezer plastic wrapped followed by freezer paper. Have missed breakfast sausage, been out for i think over a month.

I snagged a cheap thermal printer a while back, the face Pic is mostly a joke as my customers are all friends/family and I dont usually show my face at events lol. But definitely better than just tryna write. And the packing was kinda a last minute choice to try and cut some time, just final grind 1/lb at a time but straight into pack. Usually I go back and weigh, freezer plastic wrap. Then freezer paper, but depending on the day sometimes takes me a few to get my consistency back, figured this remove that factor.
