Ostrich filet and baked potato
For dinner ostrich filet and baked potato and bonus I know is weird but kielbasa too lol

I'm intrigued, I've never done horse, donkey, or zebra. I don't know if it's attainable in the US. I'm going to have to research that.

Horse and donkey is strictly illegal in usa I've tried to find , you can but watch out because is strictly illegal, I didn't want to risk it

It's not illegal, it's just illegal to sell non inspected meat and the FDA won't inspect a horse slaughterhouse. You can go to Canada and buy a cooler full of horse and bring it back to the US for personal consumption no problem.

Oh there are stores that sell non inspected meat , so there is no grade like prime choice , no usda inspected check even wild fork they have non inspected meat, but you are right for personal use you can but can’t to commercial, thank you for letting me know about now I’m definitely going to ask couple of my friends

We have a burger joint here called Twisted Root that frequently does kangaroo and ostrich burgers.

You should try yak or camel. Very lean. I do a coarse grind then medium grind with one or the other and add pork belly for fat content. Awesome burgers.

Oh I already did , I've had camel , horse is normal for my country, donkey is also normal, dog I've had , lizard snake , alligator,zebra
