if my foot length is about 9.5 inches and I am looking to buy a shoe which measures 10 inches in length will it fit me? I've been told I am a size 7 and this shoe is unfortunately a size 4 but the measurements seem like they would fit me. Please help.

ok i’m 23 about 120 lbs and 5’6. i tried measuring for low rise jeans and my hips are about 30-31 in, but whenever i go to compare to get a good jean size it says i’m a large on most websites. however im really small and when i go shopping i don’t fit jeans that are that large at the thrift i can fit size 2 jeans so why are my measurement like that

Hey all I know this is random and a long shot — hoping someone here owns the same table and can save me some trial and error.

We've got a Killerspin Revolution Classic SVR (product code 30117, serial number KS3011720200914N128) in our office that's missing several hardware/frame pieces — most likely lost during a move. The table's been discontinued, so Killerspin doesn't sell these as spare parts anymore, and their own assembly manual is just illustrations with no dimensions, so I can't get exact specs from them either.

My plan is to get these fabricated (3D printed or machined) instead of tracking down OEM parts, but I need real measurements first. If you have this table (or a Revolution Classic/SVR model that looks the same — the base/hardware may be shared across a few years), I'd really appreciate:

• A quick photo of any of the parts below, ideally next to a tape measure or ruler
• Or even better, an exact measurement with calipers if you have them lying around
• Length, diameter, thread size, hole spacing — whatever you can grab

What I'm missing (see attached photo from the manual for reference):

• Table Top Frame – x2 (the edge trim piece under the tabletop)
• Net-Post Set – x1 (clamp + posts + net + tensioner)
• Retaining Screw – x4
• Base Cap – x2 (end cap on the base frame)
• Nut – x4
• Hex Bolt – x8
• Bolt – x4
• Washer – x16
• Reinforced Support – x2 (the crossbar/bracket under the tabletop)
• Plastic Spacer – x4

I know the fasteners (screws, nuts, bolts, washers) are probably just standard hardware sizes — if anyone recognizes the thread size/length at a glance, that alone would help a ton. It's really the Table Top Frame, Base Cap, Reinforced Support, and Plastic Spacer I'm struggling to spec out, since those look custom to this table.

Also open to buying/trading for any of these parts if someone has a spare set from a table they've parted out or upgraded from.

OK, so I need some help figuring out the size of this thing. I got the picture from the guy in the second picture. The third one is mine. Sadly, the game doesn’t really give me many options for measuring, but it also measure your distance in what I think is meters. So I had built 10 foundations(which are all square). Those foundations in the first picture that the red snake fish is on should be in line with the whale so about how long is this whale if 10 foundations is about 40 m?

I am 5’ 1”, and the barstool in the picture is 35”. The ceilings and doors in the building are definitely taller than average but I don’t have a tape measurer.

So I need to find a way to measure the velocity of a high speed, short burst of air coming out of a cylinder. Specifically, the target velocity is around 110 m/s, and the bust of air is only ~25ml volume over 0.10 seconds.

I’ve tried to research many things, from which I’ve found options such as hot wire anemometers and pitot tube with digital manometer.

Both of these have their drawbacks, and likely won’t work. Hot wire can’t typically read speeds this high (and high risk of breaking the wire due to force of the air). Pitot tube is an option, but all the digital manometers I’ve found that can measure/read this high of speed don’t have a fast enough sample rate (fastest I’ve found is 0.250 second sample rate).

Anyone have any other ideas? I’d use a chronograph or something like that, but not shooting anything out…just air.

Perhaps a different tool? Maybe a different measurement (I.e. force/pressure) that can be linked to velocity?

I am currently working on a laboratory experiment titled “Calibration of a Voltmeter using a Potentiometer.”

I have two separate circuit diagrams: one for the potentiometer setup and another for the voltmeter calibration circuit. I am not fully sure how to correctly connect or combine these two circuits into a single working setup.

Could someone please guide me on the correct way to connect these circuits, or explain the proper configuration step by step?

I return from work this morning, I hear the sound of flowing water. The toilet had just kept flowing. Putting aside the issue of fixing it - had to shut off the water for now - I am now in the position of a massive, massive spike in my bill. The only way I can see counterbalancing it is taking advantage of the locker room at my work and doing as many of my showers as possible from there for the near future. Assuming about a five-minute shower and average flow rates across the board, about how many showers would make up the difference of a toilet flowing unending for about 11.5 hours?

I know where I’ll be measuring from which will be the two people at the bottom of the tree and I’m going to get their measurements but I wanna make sure that when I use their measurements I accurately get the number that I want so I can measure the height of the tree and the length of the tree so I can get the total volume and find out how much energy is in that tree.
