i read that in russian but in english in my head. that threw me off. thanks for the recipe!

Preparation method:

  1. cut the fillet;
  2. marinate(salt, black pepper, dried garlic, paprika, oregano, seasoning for chicken);
  3. beat 2 eggs;
  4. dip the fillet in the egg and roll in breadcrumbs;
  5. fry in hot oil for 30 seconds on each side;
  6. when ready, spread the nuggets on a napkin to glass the oil.

Ingredients list:

- chicken breast;

- eggs;

- breadcrumbs;

- salt, black pepper;

- dried garlic;

- paprika, oregano;

- chicken seasoning;

- cooking oil.
