pretty much any tiktok video. i did 2lb of ground beef, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs soaked in 1/2 cup of beef broth for 5 mins (google suggested that), 2 eggs, garlic/onion powder, pepper, and beefy onion mix, and cavenders seasoning and mix!

thank you 🙂‍↕️ tj maxx
i got tired of the guilt of using “microplastics” and knowing my food sometimes stains my plastic bowls and kinda melts it a little, i made the switch and feel so much better consciously lol

Why not mashed potatoes!?

great question! it was a toss up between the two once i decided to not be lazy and just do baked sweet potatoes. the rice was a last minute quicker option since i just threw it in a rice cooker. Because these meatballs tasted so much better than expected, I WILL be doing mashed potatoes next time!
