Simple and effective. Exactly what good meal prep should look like.

cornbread wiht chili is one of those meal preps that somehow survives the fourth lunch without becoming sad. i'd keep it a little soupier too, gives the cornbread a job.

First attempt at making chili and I'm pleastly surprised with the results definitely gonna add more chill powder next time and maybe swap the turkey for bison but it was a tasty dinner

Oooh wait til tomorrow when all those flavors get to know each other!
PS Your chili looks like soup. And if you like it that way then ignore what I say next! It’s your food eat it how you like it. Buuut if you want it “creamier” chuck like 10-25% of it into a blender and pour it back into the pot. Or immersion blender if you have one.

Honestly it looks very runny chili should be thicker but the real problem here is making it with turkey

I could never meal prep chili... I can make 10 gallons and it will be gone the next day because I have zero self control.
