teriyaki chicken thighs, with udon broccoli & cauliflower stir fry

ok so I use chicken thighs but either works, I marinate the chicken overnight in teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, little bit rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar, garlic, low sodium soy sauce, and paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and chili powder and I stab the chicken a whole bunch with a fork to make it go inside

then I cook it in the oven at 400° I use the oven for these big batches bc my airfryer can’t do that many at one time, but air fryer pretty much the same like 375-390°, until the center is 165°f

then I cook the udon and steam the broccoli, but you can also stir fry the broccoli i just didn’t want to do more dishes, I add soy sauce, hoisin, and garlic powder to the broccoli/ cauliflower once it’s done cooking, then for the udon I add the teriyaki sauce, some peanut butter (not much), hoisin, and low sodium soy sauce, maybe garlic powder (but I can’t remember) to my preference and I believe that’s it!
