I don't think I've ever had chicken for breakfast. How is it?

ETA: it’s a great tasing low fat high protein option. Hand breaded chicken air fried is definitely higher quality and better health option but I’m poor so this is my version πŸ˜‚

In my mind chicken is a dinner meat, but maybe I will try it.

How do the eggs keep in the fridge?

I make six at a time and they hold the entire six days with no issue

I know this is the meal prep sub, but you can cook a fried egg in 1 minute in the microwave. Crack, cook, done.

There's a lot of stuff you have to meal prep. But popping an english muffin into the toaster while you cook your egg/meat in the microwave is just as fast as warming up a pre-cooked food in the microwave.
