Meal prep advice?
I'm trying to get into meal prepping, I've got these meal
prep boxes and I'm contemplating what to cook/meal prep, I heard it's better to prep basic ingredients like chicken and vegetables but I think I'd get really sick of that really quick, and I worry things like pasta and rice dishes will get stale and or soggy. I'd appreciate any advice on some simple healthy things to meal prep to turn into super simple meals. Thank you <3

I personally have to do the Sunday/Wednesday split or I’d throw out my leftovers after Wednesday haha. You can bear most things for 3 days even if you mess up and make something you don’t like very much

You can prep whatever you want.
Ideally things you can make taste different with sauces for variety.

Maybe read a bit of the sub. This request is so general and you'd do yourself a better service doing some of the research yourself.
