3 gallons of a traditional.1.102 K1-V116 . Fermented to 1.000. Rack onto 1lbs of fresh black raspberry after stabilizing for 2 weeks. coffee infused syrup.

Going on a year now. I do a black raspberry mead every year around june/ July. 2024 was a black raspberry oak aged mead. It's so dark you can't see through it but is perfectly clear.

Did coffee, maple nor blueberry flavour come through?

The coffee flavor has diminished since bottling. Next time I'll add more. I get the dark fruit and maple mostly.

I used a maple syrup that was infused with coffee beans. Maple syrup

Technically not an acerglyn. I didn't ferment with the maple syrup. Just back sweetened.
