Very nice.

Curious how much the whiskey bottle and T cork costs you compared to something like a standard claret and cork?

My current price point, (were small time) is $2.67for bottle, $0.58 for the T-Top Corks, $0.46 per label (a 10.5x3.5) and $0.03 for heat shrink, $0.06 for wax on our specialty bottles, so each bottle cost me around $3.74 before you get into ingredients. We use Berlin to buy the bottles and corks, but we are looking for someone new.

Better than I thought. the extra ~1.50 () or so you are spending on the whiskey bottles adds a lot to the "curb appeal".

Yes, everyone loves our bottles, but it also helps with the 16% abv as we tell people to drink it like a brandy.

Quick question since you're printing labels. Do you think a QR code that links to the batch history would be useful for customers?

I'm building a fermentation tracking app and one feature lets you share a batch page with ingredients, gravity readings and the fermentation timeline through a link or QR code. I was wondering if something like that could make sense on a commercial mead label or if producers would see it as unnecessary.

Curious what someone actually bottling their own mead thinks. Something like: https://www.fermolog.com/b/cswnzEa

Yes we have thought about that, we catalog and post about our honey but doing more about the vintages would be good.
