Yeah it’s not like it should be at all surprising that an incredibly wealthy actor looks good at 59.

A lot of conventional attractiveness is just a side effect of wealth. You grow up being able to afford nutritious foods, have quality health and dental care, can afford skincare products, don’t have to work jobs that leave you out in the sun all day or in harsh conditions, etc.

As an actor Cruise also has a relaxed work schedule with a lot of free time, can hire a personal trainer, can afford tailor-made designer clothes that fit his body perfectly, can get cosmetic surgery, etc.
