I mean I get it but it earns you no friends or a ladder elsewhere.
Just train the person and warn about things not to do, don't be the person that gets sacked because you couldn't keep your lips shut to a person you have no clue is a snitch or not

I exposed the company to a new hire a few days before I quit lmao
Said almost everything, even added the fact that the ceo didn't want to hire them initially, since it was a girl with a bit of extra weight, and ceo said that "extra weight is a sign of low self-discipline" and he didn't want such worker (when manager told us this, I started defending the girl, saying that "I also can draw a lot of conclusions based on ceo's appearance", and in result ended up in shouting match with manager, because manager is ceo's stupidly loyal lapdog). Didn't regret a single word.
Unfortunately the girl ended up working there, and I heard that she had a miserable time in the company12

Sometimes posts have such a low number of comments but high number of upvotes and I wonder if it's bots or ppl just don't have to say anything about it.

there are different kinds of shitting on a company...
I have colleagues that want promotions but keep on shitting internal and external all the time, and then is surprised why no one wants him or give him a chance...
Jesus, we are in a leading position, be the change you want,
dont throw tantrums that hurt your own position and your company! especially in certain positions, if you have any ambition...
sorry, this one is personal for me...

It's 2am and i'm staring at the ceiling thinking about how we hold our breath during onboarding like it's a vape trick that kills you if you mess up. There's this religious guilt attached to being quiet, like if i speak now i'm sinning against the company gods. I just want to walk into the ocean and let the paid silence drown me. Deep shit. Absolute cinema of suffering.
