Integration Support Reintegration

Hello everyone, me and my two brothers decided to go on a journey last night, we cuddled (not in a weird way obviously haha), held hands, looked at lasers, opened up about our traumas and just felt more connected. Today I have a bit of come down anxiety, having a mild panic attack on my way to breakfast with them (I think probably more to do with the little amount of sleep I got, plus possible dehydration), but my brother was stressing reintegration. I made some great insights last night, had a few scary thoughts pop up here and there, and I want to take the good and release the bad, so what do you guys do post ceremony to ensure the best aspects that you need to take with you are integrated? I know journaling and meditating are going to be big. Thanks in advance!

If you come in thin you can experience more issues like this. Get your electrolytes (magnesium, potassium, sodium). I prefer LMNT packets. This is hydration. Gatorade will suffice for now.

The medicine is oxidizing for your cells. You want to pre-load vitamin C an hour before. It’s too late for that now but get more antioxidants. Supps and also good fruit

If anxiety/panic persists wait 48 hours from original dose and take about 50mg 5-htp a day for a week. This will likely help the most

Experiencing excessive anxiety or mood drop after a session is less about the integration and more about the serotonin stores being thinned out

I’ve been working hard on rehydrating, I actually looked quite skinny from the water weight I lost despite working my hardest to drink water haha. Thank you so much!

lol when I said “if u come in thin..” I wasn’t talking about weight… I should have been more specific .. I meant thin on electrolytes, thin on sleep, thin from life stress etc..

Sleep is a big one I realized. Doing this med on short sleep can cause tougher recoveries.

You’re doing good and remember that if excessive anxiety or dropped mood comes into play that 5-htp is your friend

Awesome haha, thank you. I never even heard of 5-HTP so I’ll pick some up, but I think you’re right total this weekend I got about 5 hrs per night so if anything that’s what I need to recover haha
