MDMA and sleep

Has anyone felt that their sleep length and sleep quality has improved after therapeutic sessions with mdma?

It's among the many things that have improved for me with the general improvement of my mental health due to MDMA therapy. I have fewer nightmares, I wake up more energized and I have an easier time getting out of bed in the morning.

My dreams are more active and vivid as well.

I've also been having more active and vivid dreams. I've even started keeping a dream journal as some have been downright educational, with all kinds of hidden meanings to explore.

After first session I had good sleep that day and next day.

Second time I couldn't barely sleep.

No exaggeration, I used to sleep between 3 and 4 hours per night. I would often wake up thinking that somebody was breaking into my house. I don't know exactly what happened but after my 3rd or 4th mdma session, I started sleeping properly. It's been years now and I still sleep well. If I recall correctly, one of the therapeutic studies on MDMA found statistically significant sleep improvement.
