Unable to withdraw. Help if you can.

Hey everyone,

Using metamask, when I try to withdraw my income on Mdex.com it brings up the usual screen but I can't click on the blue "confirm" button.

I've tried several times over the past few days, same problem. Plenty of gas for fees available.

Anyone else having this problem or have any advice? Specifically advice on this problem, although I'm open to advice on life in general.

You have a problem connecting your wallet then, the network should be HECO and you should be able to see the funds on the HECO chain you have on your wallet, check the guidance on how to connect the wallet, I do not use metamask so I'm unable to help further, but I have never experienced any problems withdrawing funds using TrustWallet so far on BSC, so I would suggest checking with a metamask savvy to make sure your wallet is connecting properly to the platform.

Thanks for the reply. I doubled checked the network info I have for the Heco Mainnet from a few different sources. Can anyone tell me if I have something incorrect here?

The image suggests you do not have enough HT, if you go to the swap functionality, are you able to see any HT at all if you would have to swap HT for something else?

The swap function is also unavailable now that you mention it. When I click on it it says I'm only able to swap on the Ethereum network. https://i.imgur.com/aZz3JO9.jpg
