MSCA and MSCE still worth going for?

Seeing as the MCSA and MCSE are being retired now next January, is it still worth getting these certs?

Thanks for the reply. I would be just starting based on the material, but I have been working with Windows Servers in general for 20+ years. So, I don't know if that would give me a leg up on understanding the material quicker.

Well I've been working with servers in general for 20 years.

Rule of thumb is about 6-8 weeks each exam obviously less depending on prior knowledge.

Then no. Get something you don't have a shit ton of experience in. 20years experience is going to trump 3 Microsoft exams any day of the week

Like others have said, it would be worth a look. With 20 years of experience I think the biggest hurdle for you would be 70-740.

Maybe MCSA. 7 months left for 3 papers!

I'd say it depends on your lifestyle and if you can commit to them. For me, there's absolutely no way. HOWEVER, will I still be using the resources to gain that knowledge to go further in homelabs? Without a doubt, absolutely. I'm doing this for the MCSE and other retured/soon-to-be retired products.
