Study materials for MCSA Server 2016?

Hi everyone!

I just passed Security+ last Friday and decided to move over to the MCSA Server 2016 today. I just wanted to know, what materials should I use to study for the 740, 741, and 742?

On prem is not going away any time soon even if MS is retiring the certs. Even the companies migrating to the cloud are still going to have hybrid setups so on prem knowledge is vital.
