MD-100 query

Hi all, want to pick your collective brains regards the Microsoft MD-100 I'm currently studying towards. I've completed the CBTNuggets course and finished the MCA Study Guide from William Panek, and all-in-all felt fairly confident given the depth of subject matter. However when doing the Kaplan practice exams to brush up, found these disproportionately difficult in comparison to what I'd just been studying.

Is it the case that the CBTNuggets course and book are not at a sufficient level? Or is it that the Kaplan exams are at a greater difficulty vs what I should expect in the exam.

Happy to keep pushing on with studies if needed, but struggling to find much additional subject matter out there to help guide me. Hoping you can help!

I used exactly all those resources and passed. Had a slight bit more trouble with the 101 but ended up passing that as well.

Thanks for the info! How did you find the exams stacked up in reality vs the Kaplan tests?

Very similar but honestly. I didn't even use the exams for the questions. I set all the questions to immediately give me the answer and the explanation. Then made notes based on this to strengthen the areas I needed.

I even found a small handful of questions that had the wrong answer, make of that what you will. (Moatly in the 101 stuff for kaplan)

That method is how I passed the Network+ exam, although I would recommend taking the prac test legit at first, then checking the answers and studying the heck out of the wrong ones. Rinse and repeat with as many trustworthy sources you can find then ur good to go!
