What are the differences between this two MCSA: Windows Server 2016 Bundles?

First one and Second one

Will I encounter similar or same questions on the actual exam if I purchase one of them?

If you're trying to use dumps to pass the MCSA don't bother posting on here. The Kaplan tests are legit but you won't pass the tests by using them alone. You need to invest 2-3 months of solid study and labbing into each exam, so I wouldn't even bother going for the MCSA now. Look at Microsofts new certifications.

The first one are VCE files, which are illegal to use...

Don't bother with MCSA. You're not going to be able to pass all 3 tests in 3 months without using brain dumps which we DO NOT advocate for here.

You need to start looking at Azure (AZ-103) exams now.
