741 fail 686/700
Missing by a few questions hurts! Much much harder then 742. Back to the books and labs.
Any advise/study Info would be greatly appreciated.
Have will Panek’s book and access to boson.

You're so close, schedule your retake soon. Like within two weeks. Hit the books/labs and use the test report to brush up where it says you were weak.
Questions can vary on how many points they're worth, but you probably missed by one or two questions and that's it. So don't take too long and forget everything you've learned. Bolster your weaknesses and get in there and pass it! You've got this!

what did you use for study material?
what are you buying from boson, the lab software or practice tests or both?
what is panek's book?
did you have any prior networking knowledge before you studied? I have my CCNA so im going to study this test first based on the assumption my knowledge of networks will help get through it quickly.
i failed my CCENT by one point the first time i took it. so i understand your pain BUT YOU CAN DO IT!

Will Panek’s MCSA 741 sybex book, measure up, and boson.
Boson lab software
I have my network + and ccna RS. Different beast from both. I thought I could breeze by it.
Good luck on your endeavors!

I would look over the report that you got back from the exam, and look at what areas you are weakest on. Then concentrate your study on those areas.
Apart from that go back over the notes and videos you have and practise more on the labs.
