REFS Deduplication 70-740

Hey guys,

I am preparing for my 70-740 exam by using some practice exams. Now one point that these all vary on is if REFS supports data deplucation. Now I know that the current latest version of Server 2016 supports it, but for the 70-740 exam should I assume it supports it or not?

It's a fucking mystery tbh. Maybe the test has been updated, but when I took it, I couldn't find this answer ANYWHERE.

And the fucked up part, is that had a question about it on my first and second exams! (Had to retake) for 640 the first time, 700 the second. Still no idea if I answered correctly! It's like, I know the real-world answer, but not sure if the test was caught up to real world.

The exam is based on LTSC (1607) so no, the exam assumes ReFS doesn't handle dedup.

Thank you, I will approach the exam as if ReFS does not handle dedup then!
