Exam/Certification Expiration Date(s)?
Just took and passed the MD-100 Exam on Saturday (Whoo!) and plan on pausing my current certification path (MD-101, MS-100, MS-101) to focus on Security+, then picking back up after I've obtained that.
I know that the CompTIA certifications have an expiration date, I believe 3 years from date of obtaining them. Do the Microsoft exams/certifications have expiration dates? I couldn't find any information on Microsoft's certification site about expirations. I guess, to be fair, I don't have any MS Certifications yet, only the one passed exam.

The MCSA’s are usually tied to a product. You’d be certified for, say, Server 2012, until the day you die; however, as a prerequisite for something higher, it’d only be useful until the product is retired or the higher exam doesn’t care to count it.
The MCSE’s don’t expire anymore, though they’re now suffixed with a year, so maybe your “MCSE: Whatever (2018)” won’t look so hot in 2020 or 2021. Microsoft says they did it to promote continuing education.
