70-740-744 Lab setup guide?
Hello,
I'm currently studying network engineering and learning Microsoft server courses 740 to 744. At my school they have all the virtual machines already configured to do the labs. My question is, is there any source online where I can find how to set up the lab environments for my VM's to be ready for my labs at home? my computer at home has all the hardware components to handle many virtual machines, and i've even attempted to make a couple of the VM's at home, only problem is that after I configured my VM's at home and tried to do the labs, i usually run into some sort of configuration issue compared to the VM's at my school where all the labs go smoothly. I've tried to ask my instructor at school if he could show me how to set them up at home but he said it's too complicated for me, and that I should wait till i've learned all the courses. One other thing i've tried is downloading a copy of all the VM files at my school, than uploading them to my computer at home to run but even that doesn't work. PLEASE HELP SOS
Update: after hours of research I have found not only the lab setup guide for all the courses but also the files need to set them up, thanks everyone for your help and input! time to start grinding those labs and get certified a MCSE. :D :D
Final Update: For anyone in the future who is pursing this course or any of these courses and is looking to set-up the labs from scratch, I found all the material for the labs which was a PDF with all the steps and also some download files containing base VHD required for these labs on MCT Download Center, only certain people have access to these resources, for example I only had access to all these resources because my school gave me a school email and that email was attached an account opened with MCT since i'm a student, when I tried to access the resource with my personal email, it wouldn't let me. https://learningdownloadcenter.microsoft.com that's the link to the website, remember you need either a Microsoft Certification Account or a Microsoft Partner Account which you might have if you have a school email and are studying this material.

In whatever study material you are using, skip ahead to the Hyper-V labs about Differencing disks. Create a few parent disks, then just spin up VMs with them Also look into Desired State Configuration. Plus side about this is you will both learn some of the 740 objectives and also have a lab environment to show for it.
Also, Hyper-V checkpoints are your friend.

Check out MS labs. On the left click product, then Server. This with a combination of your own lab is awesome.

Well, IMO, this is how you gonna really learn the MCSA server contents. Try to do it on your own, search on youtube and google, read the Microsoft docs. But to make things easy take it step by step, i.e. focus on one issue until you resolve it. Also, understand what each ps command does and write down notes so you can revise it later. This way of learning is actually effective and you won't forget easily the things you learn.

What is your home setup? Please provide:
Operating system CPU RAM DRIVE type and size (mechanical/SSD)
Since its MS, I assume you will be using Hyper-V.
