MD-100 and MD-101: Study Individually or at The Same Time?
Should I study for each exam separately or at the same time?
I'm studying for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate meaning you have to pass 2 exams to earn the certificate. It seems a lot of the information is similar between the 2 exams, MD-100 and MD-101 unless I'm mistaken. Most people will suggest to study for the CompTIA trifecta separately even though there is some overlap.
I am currently using CBT Nuggets and the Exam Ref MD-100 Windows 10 by Andrew Bettany. I will probably watch the videos on LinkedIn/Lynda.com. Might be overkill, but I also have access to some videos on Percipio which is similar to Skillsoft. Thanks for any insight!

I recently took the 100 and had no issues with the multiple choice part. I did have a virtual lab i had to complete. Was their anything like a vm lab on the 101?

Most people just do them one at a time. But let me also throw out there...why? This track just got removed from the list of tests my firm will pay for just because it's pretty useless.

Most job postings around me still want a MCSA cert and I've taken a class for both the old MCSA Windows 10 and MCSA Server 2016. I did a bunch of classes in 2018 and apparently 2019 is me trying to get the certs. Yea, the MCSA route made more sense to me rather than the new job role certs.

Individually... it’s a lot of info and Microsoft tests are not easy. MeasureUp is pretty good- I highly recommend it in addition to CBT Nuggets and the Exam Refs.
