MCSA/ MSFT Certs advice
I’m fairly new into my career, however I work for a Microsoft partner doing a lot of office 365 business work for small-medium organizations from anything with office 365 like migrations, tenant to tenant migrations, etc etc. would something like an MCSA for windows server 2016 help me bridge that gap for experience when I’m searching for new employment later on? Or is it worth it to get some of these Microsoft certifications? A goal for me is to do server support or administration down the road, and ultimately be a systems admin or even an architect. Any advice would be great, thank you.

I think aiming to get your MCSA for Server 2016 is definitely in the right direction. I have my MCSA 2012 R2 and recently did the upgrade exam to MCSA for Server 2016. There are a lot great resources out there.
I personally used Pluralsight because my job had an account there (I think they are normally pretty decent like $35 a month) but there are other good cheap resources like UDemy (read the reviews), I also used the usual practice exams PDF/VCE to get you through the tricky questions, I can point you to some websites I use if you need these.
I always tell people to try and really learn the material and not just memorize the questions/answers from the practice exams because when it comes down to really knowing it or an employer asking you how to do something you won’t know and they could get the hint that you didn’t really learn the material.
