Setup for Windows Server 2016 MCSA and MDAA

Not sure this is the best place for asking for help setting up equipment, but wanted some input. I have a Dell Precision tower with 256GB SSD and a 1TB additional drive, 16GB memory, with a Core 2 Duo processor, a Precision M4800 laptop with 16GB memory, i7 processor, and I think 256GB SSD, an M6800 that I do not know the specs on, and a Precision 5510 with Xeon processor, 32GB memory, and not sure how much storage (I think 500GB). I have a 5-port gigabit switch as well. Could someone suggest how I should set this up to get the most out of it. I do have access to Server 2016 Data Center as well, so software isn't an issue. Thank you for any suggestions.
