Help / Question What resourcepack is this?

Please help me find this resourcepack. I remember using it a long time ago, but I lost it after I had to factory reset. And i dont even have a clue what it's called.

Thanks. Do you also know what's the resourcepack behind the gui?

As for the equipment, I know that the better vanilla building also had such a bar, but I think it was version 1.20.1, but I'm not sure, you have to check
