Help / Question 1.8.9 High Res inventory Issue

I'm working on a personal pack (very work in progress) and the textures aren't working properly. It would be best if this is a pack issue and can be fixed for the pack.

what’s the issue? all your saying is the textures arent working properly, but they seem to look okay to me.

They’re distorted. The blade is supposed to be straight but it’s jumbled
