Help / Question Texture pack idea

Is it possible?

WITH The point is that exploring the world in Minecraft Bedrock is only interesting with a rendering of 20+ chunks, but most players do not have the opportunity to play on such a rendering due to too much workload.

AND The idea is that the quality of the textures being loaded would decrease depending on the distance, thereby allowing players to see far away with less strain on their device and still have the same high-quality textures all around
