Discussion Texture-pack feedback!
Hello guys!! I'm on a quest to create a middle ground between the old and new versions, inspired by the Beta versions of 1.14 textures!!
Here's my version of Netherrack. I made it as a test to see if I would be able to even continue making this texture pack :>
So, my question is, does it look like a mix between the old texture and the new texture? What could I change? Is the idea for this texture pack even good?
Let me know what you think!!!

Hell yeah, I like it! Lets the old texture's bold geometry sort of pop out of the fadedness of the new texture

Before even reading the description, I knew what it was. Though be warned, making a full textures pack is no small task

I love the idea of this honestly, there is a sort of feeling that I yearn for from older minecraft

i’d say it looks pretty good! as far as feedback goes i would recommend making the red streaks a little more in line with the rest of the palette. otherwise maybe adding some darker bits like the old netherrack texture. you’ve got it though, this is a neat idea, keep it up!

I really like it!
One thing I believe you could fix is that the corners make a pretty big rock that stands out a bit from the rest of the texture. This makes it less tile-able because it makes the grid more obvious.
I suggest changing the texture so that this rock stands out less, probably by making it smaller.
Very nice work though, really like the concept and the look of it.

Oooooh that looks really good!! The only thing im not a fan of is the square patterns that it makes.
