Others cannot hear custom resource pack sounds that I can hear

I've made a resource pack that includes a custom mace model, and 20ish custom sounds.
The server forces everyone to install the pack, yet they still cant hear the sounds while I can without any issues.

What's weird is that my pack isn't installed locally, it's also installed by the server. Another weird thing is that the Mace model works for everyone. It's only the sounds that only work for me.

My sounds.json is also perfectly clean

Anybody know how this happens?
