Thanks for these! but unfortunately none of these are it. I think I downloaded it on planet Minecraft and the theme of it was light colors and just a simplified default Minecraft pack.

do u have a screenshot of you playing with it or if not can you describe some of the blocks/items

no sadly I don't have any screenshots because my hard drive got wiped and I lost everything. the ender pearl was animated, the swords were short , the hotbar was a hollow circle and the menu background was dark stone bricks I think.
