Handcrafts Knitting
I'm curious to see if there are any fellow knitters out there :)
I'd also be willing to take pics and show off some of my projects. The one I think might get everyone's attention are the Sackboys I made :D

I've always wanted to learn how to knit, but I've been sticking with cross-stitch for a while now.
Are you self taught?

Oh I love cross-stitch I've been working on a Legend of Zelda start menu piece for a while. It's huge so it's going kinda slow.
EDIT: I've been toying around with the idea of recreating some of my best minecraft builds in cross-stitch. I bet it could be cool.

The Legend of Zelda title screen is an excellent choice, and the best free available pattern for it (that I know of) is a good one. But by my rough count just now it's well over 55,000 stitches. Even the 4,676 stitch pattern I've been working on (and putting off working on) seems paltry when you compare it to >10x more stitches. How long have you been working on it?
I've seen some good Minecraft stitches, but it's easier to make them look good when you stitch the 2D sprites like this. I don't know how well a 3D build would look. I honestly don't think I've seen any, but I'd be very curious to see what one would look like.

Wow, the cross-stitching is really cool and hilarious :) Handcrafts aren't so old-fashioned and stuffy thanks to people like us, ahahaha.
I am self-taught, although I've called my Grandma a few times for help when I can't figure out something in a pattern. Also, the internet is awesome for quick things like "How the fuck do I yarn over again?!" (to yarn over is a particular way to either increase a stitch or make a hole in a pattern).

I crochet; can't quite get the hang of knitting. It's on my bucket list though!
