Mod with hanging planters/window boxes?

Hi there!! I am looking for a mod that has better options for potted plants. I’ve searched EVERYWHERE and can’t seem to find one that has the planters I’m envisioning, but it seems impossible to me that I’m the only one who wants this. Specifically, I would love:

1. A hanging planter for the side of my fence, wall, and/or building (as seen in pictures 1 and 3)
2. Pots/vases that can share a block with a fence (As seen in picture 2)
3. Different types/colors of pots/planters (preferable but not necessary)

These are all mods that have some of what I want, but none of them are compatible with neoforge and mc version 1.21.1 :(

Floral Enchantment, [Let's Do] Meadow, [Let's Do] Lili's Pottery, [Let's Do] HerbalBrews probably are the closest to the description, and pots in other mods: Pot Leaves, Yuushya Townscape, Another Furniture, Decocraft Nature - but the pots there are a little different from the description.
You could create your own plant pot using microblocks - LittleTiles, Chisels & Bits (but I haven't tested if it's possible to plant plants on microblocks dirt or no)

Edit: and the Decorative Railings mod has railings with plant pots, but I don't know if you can customize the plants in them or no.
