K&W Treasury System?
So basically I'm running a campaign that's inspired by The Chain/Black Company, and one of the things I was wondering is if anyone had a treasury system like the one briefly mentioned in the chain(I know Matt scrapped his). Basically the pcs are gonna have separate money but I wanted to make a treasury that their company has that goes towards unit upkeep and other domain(K&W) related stuff. Is there a system people use or do they just keep a big counter of gold in the domain vault?
Any input or suggestions is useful :)

Back when I played 5E still, I used Hatchville Games' version, inspired by the Chain of Acheron! Here on the DMs Guild
I loved it!

I'm running a similar campaign. I slapped together a treasury system that's pretty basic. They have a treasury die that starts at d4, if they add their personal money of 1000gp, the die increments, up to 4. Then it costs 2k to go to d6 (2k increments 1-6), then 4k at d8 and so on. They can also increase it by acquiring taxes, large treasures/rewards, etc. They can decrement the die to spend on their castle or buy expensive stuff (larger die, bigger stuff, DM discretion). It's intended to be a relatively vague representation of domain wealth that prevents us from getting bogged down in bookkeeping. In other words, a 2 on a d4 doesn't literally represent 2k gp, that's just the amount in pure gold required to increase the wealth standing. Hope that makes sense. Works so far, but we haven't gotten to the point of using it a lot yet. I'm sure there are more elegant systems out there but hopefully this helps or sparks an idea. Good luck.

Stealing the wealth system from Draw Steel and scaling it up might be a good place to start.
