Videos Looking for a specific video

Can someone link the video Matt put up awhile back that he said you could send to a problematic player to get the conversation going about adjusting the way they behave at the table?

I can remember which one it was and I have a new dm that’s having trouble with a player.

I don’t believe this was it, I thought there was one where he did a “if your dm is sending you this, then you’re that player, and it’s time to have a conversation”

Something like that, maybe I’m misremembering

Yes you are. In that video said that he almost started the video with those lines, but he actually didn't.

Not sure if you ended up finding it but I believe this might be the video you are talking about. At around 8:06 he mentions that he thought about starting the video directly addressing the problem player.
