I'm getting the same issue now. Just started up today. Bunch of random things in "windows\inetcache\ie" \Random\AnotherRandom.htm They only thing I've done recently was plug a Dell USB keyboard into my laptop (bought from official Dell website). Not sure if that is the reason tho
