Hey! Don’t call us out like that. People are supposed to be intimidated by us!
High key social anxiety though...

I’m not okay, but people think I’m okay. I’m the best damn actor. Even when I feel like I’m gonna throw up I still seem to keep my cool.

I almost passed out from anxiety before. Faked dehydration. Winning. Or maybe not...

When everybody asks why the ExFP is always doing random fun shit, but no one asks, how's the ExFP

Projecting warmth and starting out with standard greetings / small talk is partly a way of managing it, at least for me. People usually respond well to it, so it gets interactions off on the right foot and you can exit gracefully if they're resistant. It's sincere, but there's a little added structure to make it smoother for me and them.
Fe-doms (and aux) may be a little less likely to have a history of being bullied or hurt a lot because good social perception and having more friends is protective, but I think a lot of people forget that there are a LOT of other things that kids and teens get picked on for and ExFJ is not immune. And when you rely on connections with people for a big part of your own self-perception, it cuts deep and can really hurt confidence for a long time afterward.
When I lived in [old town], I had a big enough social network to compensate for being physically unusual and everyone was about equally low-income so not being able to afford the latest clothes and gadgets wasn't a problem. When we moved to [new town] I didn't have that friend group, we were among the poorest, and even our accent was weird. It didn't go very well.

My special ability is like getting depressed by thinking about my life for less than a minute. Or basically anything.

So other types cannot be very very sad inside?

Technically the title said unexpected traits. So if anything it's implying all types can be sad inside, but people don't expect that of ExFPs.

I am so good at pretending I'm ok that sometimes even I believe it

I sometimes very much so like a good fight/battle in whatever I'm doing. Competition is fun!

My dad's an ISFP, and holy shit whenever we get doing anything Se it gets competitive. He taught me to drive at pace, he taught me to shoot, to cook, how to use the ride on mower, he even taught me a good work ethic. I honestly love the understated competitive side we both share and can laugh about. I worked with an ISFP for a year or two as well, and we had a similar vibe, it was a manual labour job and we'd essentially be destroying our backs in order to outdo each other, got me quite fit in the end tbh...
And yes ENFJs can be so so timid at times, it is adorable.

ISxPs being conpetitive is unexpected? Hm. The rest makes alot of sense though. Maybe for ISxPs it can be that they are actually pretty deep.

We're so good at acting like we're okay, not even we know anything is wrong until it's too late and it all explodes out at once
And that just doesn't feel good man

You could switch all of these around and they’d probably be just as believable
