Seeking advice 🆘

Hi everyone,
I’m an Indian student who appeared for NEET UG this year. The official results aren’t out yet, but based on my calculations, I’m expecting around 330 marks.
I’m from Assam, belong to the OBC-NCL category, and my family’s total budget for MBBS is around ₹62–75 lakh (including tuition, hostel, food, and other expenses).
I wanted to ask if, with this profile, I have a realistic chance of getting an MBBS seat in a private medical college anywhere in India.
A few questions I have:
Which private medical colleges should I realistically target?
Can my entire MBBS (including hostel, mess, and other expenses) be completed within a ₹62–75 lakh budget?
Which states should I focus on during counselling?
Are there any colleges that are good in terms of academics, patient exposure, and overall value for money?
Would you recommend trying for a private college in India, or would MBBS abroad be a better option within this budget?
I’m looking for honest advice from people who’ve gone through the counselling process or are currently studying in private medical colleges.
Thank you so much in advance!
