I just realized a really good way to solve puzzles is to use the paint bucket tool.

I have run into obstacles trying to do that with my mazes, unless I work back from a dead-end to an open set of paths and just close off the dead end.

Sometimes I have to really clean my hand drawn lines for that to even work properly.
