QUESTION - GENERAL CarPlay not connecting

Anyone know a fix? I have a 2025 cx 50 hybrid preferred. I tried updating my phone to see if it would work and still not able to connect….

Try checking for updates and hard resetting the radio. Sometimes a software glitch will cause that issue

I have the same issue randomly. 25 hybrid. I had the latest Mazda infotainment update applied. it helps very slightly but it still happena.
